We invest in real assets and related operating businesses to create long-term recurring income and capital appreciation with a focus on value creation through active management and capital improvements. 

Ruggles Point Partners was founded in 2022 by 30-year veterans of the real estate industry. We have extensive experience across most major sectors throughout the US and Europe, and through several economic cycles. We seek out attractive risk-adjusted returns with an emphasis on balancing downside protection and upside optionality.

We invest in conjunction with private and institutional partners. 

We endeavor to develop and nurture long-term relationships  with our investors, operating partners, lenders, and intermediaries by conducting ourselves in accordance with these Guiding Principles:
